Refund & Return Policy

At BOTTELLO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, products that have been used or washed, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
